PURCHASING INFORMATION

Guarantees, Deposits, Cancellations, Purchasing and Shipping procedures.

Sales Policy- We stand behind our dogs and want you to be happy with your new puppy.

All of our puppies are multi-generation labradoodles, which means that you will be getting a non-shedding, hypoallergenic dog. Both of our females and any stud we ever chose to use are direct descendants of parent imported from Australia. We do not breed or sell first crosses. The cost of a puppy is $2000, plus shipping. $250 non refundable deposit (goes directly towards purchase price) required to hold puppy for you. We pay to spay or neuter the Puppy before it is shipped to you (Unless specifically sold for breeding). Also, each puppy will be micro chipped at our expense. All puppies will be Vet checked immediately prior to airline shipment and will have a Health Certificate. Each puppy will be wormed and current on all shots. We include a medical history, which includes shots and worming with the puppy at the time of shipment along with a 3-generation pedigree. In order to bring this big bundle of joy into your life, we require a $300 non-refundable deposit. Puppies will be allocated to each buyer when the puppies are 5-6weeks old. This allows us to get to know the puppies and to match up the puppy's personality with that of its new owner. Puppies are allocated in the order in which we receive the completed Reservation form. Payment in full is due two weeks before shipment (usually 8 weeks after they are whelped). If it is more convenient you can make periodic payments so that there is no or little money due at the time of shipment. These additional payments are refundable. Only the initial $250 deposit is non refundable. If you are not happy with the puppy that is allocated to you or if we do not have the right for you, you may roll your deposit over to the next available litter. We only take reservations for one less puppy than we think we be born in the litter, and sometimes mother nature still does not cooperate with us. Upon receipt of the Reservation Form and $250 deposit you be emailed a contract for you to sign. We guarantee our puppies for genetic illness and hip dysphasia for two years. We do elbows,Penn Hip and OFA (eyes) testing (for hip dysphasia) on all of our breeding dogs.

OUR GUARANTEE

We are committed to providing you with the healthiest, most adjusted happy labradoodle possible. We breed only multi-generation labradoodles with good hip scores and good lineage. We are very proud of our health record. We spend a lot of time socializing our puppies. Our contract provides that a buyer has 72 hours after a dog arrives to have him/her checked by a veterinarian to determine the Dog's physical condition. If the dog is found to be in a general state of poor health or is found to be seriously ill, Buyer has the option to return the dog to us and we will replace the dog from the next available litter. We also guarantee that if a dog dies within two years of a genetic illness we will replace the dog as soon as possible. The above guarantees apply only to the original purchaser and is not transferable to a subsequent owner. We do not assume responsibility for any health related issues or loss of life due to reactions caused by vaccinations or flea and tick preparations administered either orally or on the skin surface.
